Tristan Mock Re-Signs with Elmira

by Jake Johnson

Elmira N.Y.- Another returner joins the ranks as Tristan Mock Re-signs to play in Elmira this season. Mock split his season last year between Danbury and Elmira but finished out his season with the Mammoth. During his 13-game tenure he averaged just under a point per game with 1 goal and 10 assists. For the Hat Tricks, Mock played in 18 games and had 4 goals and 7 assists. Mock was paired with Josh Sanchez and Luke Richards on the first line and became one of the most productive lines in the FPHL. He will look to carry on that great success into the 2023-2024 campaign.

Assistant Coach M.J. Maerkl on the signing, “Mock is an excellent skater, he has a fantastic knack for the goal and plays well around the net. He worked very well with Richards and Sanchez last season and we are looking forward to more time spent with those young guns in the lineup.”

Another former Mammoth back to the Twin Tiers and is looking to build on a great 2023 season into the new year. Now with Mock returning, the list of returners includes Tim O’Connor, Luke Richards, Danick Rodrigue, Steven Ford, Geno DeAngelo. Newcomers Spencer Kozlowski, Marquis Grant-Mentis, Rasmus Asp and Ryan Fritz. Keep checking social media and the team website for more player announcements.
