Thomas McGuire Re-Signs

Elmira N.Y.- Elmira is happy to announce that another former Mammoth is back for the upcoming season. Thomas McGuire is back for another year at First Arena. McGuire had an interesting 2022-2023 campaign. He began the year at the Mammoth training camp and made the team out of camp. McGuire played 14 games for Elmira before being traded to Watertown, in 7 games for the Wolves, McGuire had 1 goal and 2 assists. In total for Elmira, the Long Island NY native played 37 games finishing with 4 goals and 5 assists. 

M.J. Maerkl on having McGuire back in Elmira “ McGuire is a player who will do anything we ask of him, he can play both forward and defense, he is a fantastic penalty killer and he improved each and every game last season, we are thrilled to have him back in the lineup for us this season.”

Back for another year is a common term we have heard this offseason, Elmira continues to build up their roster with former Mammoth players. The offseason continues on as more player announcements will follow.
