River Sharks and Bobcats Make Trade

Elmira N.Y.- The Elmira River Sharks and Blue Ridge Bobcats have come to a trade agreement that sends Blake Cudmore to Wytheville and Michael Falanga to Elmira. Cudmore played in Elmira for 29 games last season. He finished the year with 1 goal and 4 assists. Prior to Elmira the lefty defenseman played 15 games for the Mississippi Sea Wolves.

    Michael Falanga comes to Elmira after spending the majority of the season in Danbury last year. He played 29 games for the Hat Tricks and netted 11 goals and 9 assists. The East Haven, CT native spent some time in Mississippi with the Sea Wolves at the beginning of the season. The lefty forward played Division III hockey for SUNY Plattsburgh from 2017-2021. In 80 games played he had 11 goals and 18 assists.
