Brodie Conlon Signs with Elmira
Elmira N.Y.- The Elmira River Sharks have signed 6’1” forward Brodie Conlon, the 22-year-old Wallaceburg, Ontario native last played for the IFK Falköping in Sweden. He played in 12 games and had 8 goals and 5 assists averaging a point per game. Prior to Sweden, Conlon played in the PJCHL for the Mooretown Flags.
Conlon is a big body forward who plays well in the dirty areas of the ice, he is hardnosed and will stand up to anyone. Conlon has the skills to find the back of the net as well.
The River Sharks begin their season on October 10th in an exhibition game against the Watertown Wolves. The season opener will be October 13th against the Binghamton Black Bears. Make sure to get your tickets at First Arena for the upcoming season.
